BANKRUPTCY
We
have represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy
proceedings. Debtor representation has included Chapter 11
reorganizations and advising debtors on all aspects and consequences of a
a bankruptcy filing. Creditor representation has included seeking
relief from automatic stays and adversary proceedings seeking the
nondischargeability of amounts owed. We are also equipped and
trained to electronically file all documents and pleadings with the United
States Bankruptcy Court.

Our firm's
trusts and estates practice consists of estate planning, the
administration of estates and trusts, and the litigation of estate

FAMILY LAW
We handle
uncontested divorces, adoptions and guardianships, division of property,
pre-nuptial agreements, child support/custody matters, paternity and
restraining orders. The availability of attorneys with business, tax

IMMIGRATION
We assist our
foreign clients in the determination of appropriate visas, drafting of all
immigration forms and obtaining required approvals. We provide counsel and
assistance in procedures and documentation required for the employment of
alien workers. We also counsel our business clients about the prohibitions
against discrimination in the hiring or firing of an individual due to his
or her national origin or citizenship status.
